Dance into the new year with Movement Migration Dance Company artists! Our Winter Drop-Ins invite dancers to train, move, and reconnect through dynamic modern dance techniques led by our company artists. We hope you will join us in January and February at Open Door Studios in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. Drop-ins welcome. Limited space available.

Explore the foundations of Graham technique, emphasizing breath, contraction and release, and expressive movement. Open to beginners and dancers seeking to refine fundamentals.

Martha Graham technique explores principles of contraction, release, spiral, and shift of weight. The classes will begin on the floor with a series of exercises developing into standing sequences and culminating with dynamic movement phrases. We will build strength and flexibility over the course. Instructors are dancers from the Martha Graham Dance Company.
