  • Since starting this program in January, I can feel my mind being open to the chemistry and joy of movement. It soothes the body and has brought an awareness to my mind, body and soul that is so needed!

  • This program has help tremendously with my back pain and I love the fellowship it has created between all the seniors.

  • Movement Migration’s dance program is a great way to socialize, makes you smile, and it’s enriching in so many aspects. It’s a great way to start the day with movement that evokes creativity!

    Culture Blocks Student, Patricia White

  • The Movement Migration Senior Program at DBWRC helps my arthritis. On Tuesdays and Fridays I feel the arthritis open and release. I need this program!

    Culture Blocks Student, Fern Cooper

  • I’m so grateful to have a class like this, where I feel my body being stretched, activating strength, and relaxing from my head to my toes. I find the class to relax my mind and increases the flexibility in my body. I can go deeper. Even though it stars a at nine am, I love it so much, I have the energy to get up and show up! To top it all off we have the greatest instructors! Always showing up with great disposition and a smile!!
