Ava Guest (Apprentice)

Ava Guest began her technical training at Gaston Dance Theatre in Gastonia, NC. Here, she performed lead roles in shows such as the Nutcracker, Beauty and the Beast, the Wizard of Oz and more. In her senior year of high school, Ava joined the recently founded company of Gaston Dance Theatre. After high school, Ava attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and will be graduating with a Bachelor’s of Art in Architecture with a Dance minor. Ava has attended summer intensives with UNCSA and North Carolina Governor’s School. In 2025, Ava collaborated with Movement Migration, performing Vitruvian Wo(man) in the production “Movements in Resilience.” She also performed in “Dido and Aeneas,” a collaborative production with the Queens University Chorus.
